Villa Las Carmenes is a bit of Paradise in Costa de la Luz, where you can listen to the sea in the night while, enjoying the perfum of flowers or our garden.

Accomodation for 6-7 people.
Outside, a big garden of 1,500 m. with 12-metre long private pool, a front porch, a terrace and a barbecue.
Inside, an spacious living room, three double rooms and a guest room, and two full bathrooms.
Bed linen, all kitchen utensils, and pool and garden service are included.
Location
Located in the urbanization named Fuente del Gallo, Las Cármenes is 150 meters from the beach and the centre of Conil is less than 1 km away.

Description
Villa Las Carmenes is a villa for 6-7 people located 150 meters from the beach which gives its name to the urbanization, Fuente del Gallo, which is 2-3 min walking distance. The villa is also close to the beaches of “Puntalejos“, “Cala del Aceite” and the fishing port of Cape Roche.
The area offers many services such as restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets in easy walking distance to meet the needs of guests who choose to enjoy their holidays in this holiday villa.
In addition, guests can enjoy the amenities and services offered by the centre of Conil less than 1 km away (30 min walking distance), with all kind of tourist and local facilities: restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars … etc.
The villa has a garden of 1,500 m. landscaped with many trees and a large lawn so that you can enjoy sunbathing by the 12-metre long private pool. You can opt for morning breakfast in the spacious front porch with pool views. There is a terrace at the rear, both inside and outside in which there is installed a garden barbecue with all the necessary amenities.
It is also equipped with a free of charge and private parking up to 2 cars.
The Villa has a spacious living room with a great view, three double rooms which accommodate 6 persons on the ground floor plus a loft on the top floor for a seventh guest, and two full bathrooms for the comfort of the residents.
Using the guest bedroom for the 7th guest will increase the final budget in 80E/block of weeks.

Fuente del Gallo
Fuente del Gallo urbanization is a paradise at few meters from the beach of which it has its name. It is a very quiet urbanization, close enough and far from the center of Conil, so guests can choose to resting and retirment days or to plunge into the cheerful rejoicing of the streets of Conil typical Andalusian village.
Villa Las Carmenes is placed at walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurant in the urbanization. It is also placed at 30-40 min walking to the centre of Conil, but I will recommend to have a car just to discover all around Conil, since Conil is in the middle of Costa de la Luz, which have lot of beatiful places to discover!
